1. Acceptance

By signing in to or using the Samparkasetu dealer portal, mobile app, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Access is limited to approved tractor dealers, their authorised agents, and users granted credentials by Samparkasetu. You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep your login credentials confidential.

3. Subscription & lead access

• Lead visibility and portal access depend on an active subscription plan assigned by the administrator.
• When a subscription expires, you may still sign in and manage your own leads. Admin-assigned lead contact details may be masked until renewal.
• Lead limits, billing cycles, and plan tiers are set by Samparkasetu and may change with notice.
• Subscription fees are as agreed at activation or renewal; non-payment may result in suspension.

4. Use of leads & customer data

• Leads shared through the platform are for your legitimate sales follow-up only.
• You must not sell, share, or misuse customer personal data outside your dealership operations.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including data protection and telemarketing regulations in India.

5. Dealer agents

Dealers are responsible for agents they create on the platform. Agent activity is deemed authorised by the parent dealer account.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass security, scrape data, interfere with platform operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Samparkasetu may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, software, and content remain the property of Samparkasetu. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the portal for your approved dealership activities.

8. Disclaimer

Leads are provided on a best-effort basis. Samparkasetu does not guarantee conversion, lead quality, or uninterrupted service. The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

Samparkasetu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on leads provided through it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
